Episode 1: How to Relax Yourself from tiredness

This is the 1st episode of the series I’ve started out today. The series is called “Books for your ears”.

In this episode, I’ll begin with the first book called How to Enjoy your Life and your job where I read some exciting excerpts of this book and I will start with the chapter called What makes you tired and what you can do about it. Also, I’ll do an activity with you to relax your muscles.
